And those who know your name put their trust in you, for you, O Lord, have not forsaken those who seek you. The Lord is a stronghold for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble. Psalm 62:5įor God alone, O my soul, wait in silence, for my hope is from him. God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Let your steadfast love, O Lord, be upon us, even as we hope in you. Our soul waits for the Lord he is our help and our shield. I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go I will counsel you with my eye upon you. Lead me in your truth and teach me, for you are the God of my salvation for you I wait all the day long. Indeed, none who wait for you shall be put to shame they shall be ashamed who are wantonly treacherous. I have set the Lord always before me because he is at my right hand, I shall not be shaken. He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds. The Lord is near to all who call on him, to all who call on him in truth. The sun shall not strike you by day, nor the moon by night. The Bible is full of encouraging verses that can give us hope in hard times and remind us that we are never alone and that God is always with us.Īnd when God is with us we can overcome any challenge if we trust in Him and rely on His strength. There will always be troubled times, difficult times, and seemingly insurmountable challenges.īut, that doesn’t mean we have to give up. ![]()
